This page is our published refund and return policy for customers of Koalaty lab works (operated by N and L Global Enterprise LLC), including disclosures commonly required by card networks and payment partners.
Summary. Except where non-waivable law requires otherwise, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for buyer's remorse, compatibility misunderstandings after delivery, or opened glass, vacuum, or powered equipment.
