Returns & Refunds — Sales Finality Policy
Read this page before you purchase. N and L Global Enterprise LLC sells laboratory glassware, chemistry apparatus, and powered bench equipment. Except where non-waivable law requires otherwise, all sales are final and Seller does not provide refunds, store credit for returned goods, exchanges for alternate SKUs, or restocking arrangements after an order is accepted and fulfilled.
1. Why this policy exists
- Glass integrity, joint surfaces, and vacuum paths cannot be economically verified after customer possession.
- Chemical exposure, thermal cycling, or assembly attempts may create latent failure modes that are not safe to forward to another customer.
- Electronics and heating elements may lose "as-new" warranty chain once registered or powered.
- Freight and hazmat movements are costly and may be non-recoverable once initiated.
2. No "unused return" window
We do not offer satisfaction returns, try-before-you-buy programs, or restocking-fee returns for opened glass or vacuum equipment. Do not assume you may cancel after shipment. If you believe a mandatory statutory right applies to you, contact koalatykareteam@gmail.com with your jurisdiction and order number; we will respond in good faith.
3. Chargebacks are not a substitute for returns
Initiating a payment dispute to obtain a refund contrary to this policy may be treated as breach of contract and fraud. We will present these Terms, delivery proofs, and communications to your bank.
4. Transit damage and lost shipments
If a shipment is lost or visibly damaged in transit, notify koalatykareteam@gmail.com immediately with photos and tracking or PRO numbers. We will assist with carrier claims. Approved outcomes may be limited to repair, replacement, or re-shipment at Seller's or the manufacturer's discretion—not a cash refund—except where law mandates a refund.
5. Non-conforming goods (rare)
If you receive a different model or configuration than the one Seller confirmed in writing on your order acknowledgment, notify koalatykareteam@gmail.com within three (3) business days of delivery with photographs and serial numbers. Seller may coordinate correction through manufacturer channels. This section does not guarantee refunds.
6. Manufacturer warranty service
Warranty service, if any, is provided by the manufacturer according to its policies. Seller is not the warrantor unless explicitly stated on your invoice.
7. Regulatory and safety note
You are responsible for permits, registrations, inspections, and safe installation. Inability to obtain permits does not create a right to return or refund.
