Shipping Policy
1. Order processing and lead times
Handling time depends on product availability, configuration confirmation (voltage, accessories), and factory lead times stated on the product page or quote. Estimated ship dates are not guarantees. Seller is not liable for downstream project delays.
2. Shipping methods
- Parcel: smaller accessories and compact assemblies ship via major parcel carriers with tracking.
- Fragile glassware: may ship in engineered crates or oversized cartons; additional dimensional weight may apply.
- Freight / LTL: heavy or oversized items ship palletized. Liftgate, residential delivery, inside delivery, appointment windows, and storage fees may apply per carrier tariffs.
- International: duties, taxes, brokerage, permits, and import compliance are typically the consignee's responsibility unless a written Incoterm states otherwise.
3. Charges and billing
Shipping charges shown at checkout are estimates unless marked as fixed. Actual charges may be invoiced after shipment if accessorial services apply (re-delivery, address correction, storage). You authorize us to charge payment on file for such differences where permitted.
4. Address accuracy and receiving readiness
You are responsible for accurate ship-to addresses, receiving hours, dock constraints, and contact persons. Failed deliveries due to inaccurate information may incur return-to-sender and re-shipment fees at your expense.
5. Inspection and concealed damage
For freight, inspect external packaging before signing. Note exceptions on the delivery receipt and photograph packaging. Concealed damage claims must follow carrier rules and be reported within the carrier's required window—typically very short.
6. Hazardous materials and special handling
Some products may ship as hazardous or require orientation labels. You must ensure your facility can lawfully receive such shipments.
7. Partial shipments and backorders
We may ship available lines first unless you request otherwise in writing and we agree. Backordered items ship when available unless we cancel the balance.
