Title and risk of loss pass upon delivery to the carrier at our dock or as otherwise stated on the commercial invoice or bill of lading. You may not scrape, frame, or mirror the site without written consent.<\/p>\n These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
